KEYBOARD PANELS

These are front panels, dashboards and/or control faceplates that function as keyboards. They can be made in polycarbonate or polyester, flat or with embossing at the key positions, adhesive or non-adhesive depending on requirements.

The labels are made of adhesive material that can be removed without leaving adhesive residue even after application. Ideal for provisional or temporary solutions.

These are labels made of adhesive material that prevents unauthorized removal or leaves evidence by breaking into small pieces. Certainly a deterrent to recovery or replacement.
These are components made of plastic material (generally polycarbonate and polyester) that are coupled to metal or plastic supports with the possible insertion of pins. Used both as support (for electronic boards, various instrumentation, etc.) or simply as an identifying and decorative part of the machine.
Components generally made of polycarbonate or non-adhesive PVC for direct reading measuring instruments (ammeters, voltmeters, liquid level instruments, etc.) and indirect (for liquid, gaseous material distribution instruments…).
These are graphics (letters, logos…) cut directly into adhesive PVC, positioned on a support that allows easy application. Also resistant outdoors. One of the simplest solutions for decorating or advertising a product. They can be easily applied to plastic or metal signs, glass, etc.
In addition to the types described above, many other labels can be made for specific uses, such as: window decals (for application on glass), photoluminescent labels (suitable for signage), magnetic labels (application on metal without adhesive), resin-coated labels (covered with polyurethane enamel to give a three-dimensional effect), electrostatic labels (application on screens and/or other surfaces without adhesive), and others.

OUR PROCESSES

SCREEN PRINTING
Screen printing is a printing technique that allows ink to be deposited on any surface through a photo-engraved screen. Traditional or UV inks can be used to achieve the best results. The industrial application of screen printing ranges from functionality to decoration, traceability and customization.
The plates are subjected to any type of finishing and/or customization. Therefore:
  • die-cutting or plotter cutting;
  • laser cutting;
  • laser engraving;
  • progressive numbering;
  • 1D and 2D barcodes
are standard processes included in the production cycle.
